• Uploaded documents: When you use the Platform, you upload freight invoices, rate confirmations, and other shipping documents for processing. These documents may contain business information such as carrier names, shipment references, pricing details, and other commercial data.
• Communications: If you contact us via email or other channels, we collect the contents of those communications.

Information Collected Automatically

• Usage data: We collect information about how you interact with the Platform, including pages visited, features used, and actions taken.
• Device and connection information: We may collect your IP address, browser type, operating system, and device type when you access the Platform.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Platform
• Process and analyze your uploaded documents to identify invoice discrepancies
• Process payments and manage your subscription

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your uploaded documents for any purpose other than providing the audit service to you.

• Supabase (supabase.com) — Database and authentication services.
• Vercel (vercel.com) — Application hosting.

These third-party services have access to your information only to perform specific tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

Data Storage and Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Your data is stored on secure servers provided by our infrastructure partners (Supabase and Vercel), which maintain industry-standard security practices.

However, no method of electronic storage or transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Data Retention

We retain your account information and uploaded documents for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services. If you cancel your account, we will delete your uploaded documents and personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain certain information for legal or accounting purposes.

• Access: You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
